Graffiti tab car stories sought

Print Comment
Got a story of your favorite cruisin' car? The News-Review is looking for photos and stories of local classic cars to publish in its annual special section for Graffiti Weekend.

In addition to photos, this year people are asked to complete a Q&A form about their vehicles, including make and model of the car, favorite memories of the vehicle and favorite rides. Answers must be printed or typed. You must also submit photos, preferably "before and after" restoration if you have them.

Forms are available online at the newsreview.info 'Submit Your Ride!' link, www.newsreview.info/ submitride, at local car clubs and at The News-Review front desk.

Information will be accepted until 5 p.m. June 23. They may be dropped off at The News-Review at 345 N.E. Winchester St. in Roseburg. Office hours are from 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. weekdays. This year's Graffiti Weekend will feature fun events for classic car buffs and the whole family from July 6 to 10 at various Douglas County venues. Anyone with photos who wants them returned should leave $1 for postage or a self-addressed stamped envelope, or plan to pick them up after July 10.

Information: Jennifer Mathis at 957-4208 or e-mail jmathis@newsreview.info.
